The admin staff were extremely helpful. They were very quick to call me back regarding a quote I had sent them. I was not home during installation but my husband said they were doing a good job. I will be using them again.

We bought a barn door and the purchase process was so easy. What we didn't understand, and maybe we should have asked, was the wait time from ordering to installation, about 11 weeks. However, when installation day came about, everything went superbly. The installer was very competent and consulted us on various matters like where the handle was to be positioned etc. Very good, worth waiting for.

Would not recommend anyone to Doors Plus Cannington Branch. Shoddy workmanship by their Tradies. They deliver half baked cokies. This tradie in particular who came to my house did not do a professional job. Very disappointed by his workmanship. 1/5 stars. Please take your work somewhere else. Would rather pay an extra penny to someone who can deliver better workmanship and someone who can show some love for their work.

Allan was fantastic - responded promptly, was able to provide a quote the next day, and the quality of the finished products were excellent. We had two robes and two shower screens installed. I booked AMAC on the basis of having such excellent google reviews (and being able to do both robes and shower screens was a plus) and was very pleased to find out they were justified.

We renovated our house 5 years ago installing over 20 new windows and doors and 5 years on they still look as good as new. Excellent installation, excellent price and friendly service.We had received another quote from a different double glazing supplier and had initially ruled double glazing out as an option as we though it was too expensive. By chance came across Nathan and his team at Thermaglaze and we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the costs were. All in all very happy and I cannot recommend more highly.

Don’t shop at the balcatta store. The customer service was the worst. Bought a door and noticed damage, then took forever for someone to come out and have a look. When they finally did, we decided to get a refund coz of their poor communication and to top it off it took another 4 months for them to pick it up and didn’t fit the old door so left us with nothing. Left us worse than when we started. This is a late review as it happened about a year ago but at the end of the day it did happen. People should know who they are dealing with, it’s our right. I only rated 1 star coz I couldn’t rate the a 0.

Making the decision to install double glazing was one of the best decisions we have made for our home. As it was a big investment, I did my research and had plenty of questions for double glazing companies. Climate Frame were the only company who satisfactorily answered all my questions and the only one who didn’t try and sell me double glazing!Their approach, was for their quality product to make the sale. It did for us and was also at a very competitive cost.From the start, Climate Frame customer service was great with superb communication, the installers did a great job with surprisingly little damage to existing paintwork/tiles and any minor issues were resolved in a timely manner.The new double glazing has improved the house inside and out, together with the energy savings it was certainly the right decision for us.Can’t thank Climate Frame enough, especially Ryan Baynes who was our Project Manager, and recommend Climate Frame to anyone looking for double glazing

Paul and his team were great!!! Completed all required work in one day and were punctual and very accommodating for any questions I had. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them if your looking to have bifold doors installed.

Sent an email 5 days ago, no response. Looking at the reviews it seems this is normal. Will go elsewhere.
