SafeGuard Industries - Security Screen Doors & Roller Shutters

Bit late with this review but Safeguard Industries installed a roller shutter and security doors for me a few months ago. Really happy with the result! Excellent service from quote to installation. They were really friendly and professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just had a security sliding door and 2 security windows done by Jake from SafeGuard.Really happy with the outcome. They look great, the sliding mechanism is really smooth and Jake made sure to clean up after himself.Another bonus was their prices was more competitive compared to other quotes I got in the industry.EDIT: 6 months later we had an issue with the door jamming but a quick phone call and Michael (the owner) came out to fix the issue. So big props for them on their after sales service/warranty :)

We contacted SafeGuard Industries to install security roller shutters & security screen for our house. We have liaised with both Leanne & Michael, and have found them to be very responsive, professional and offer competitive pricing. Therefore, we engaged them to carry out the installation job and the job were done perfectly without any issues.Recently due to our mistake, one of the shutters wasn't functioning properly. We contacted Leanne and immediately she arranged Michael to come down to check and resolved the issue on the spot. He did not charge us a single cent although it was due to our mistake in operating it. That speaks a lot for excellent customer service.We highly recommend Safeguard Industries for their excellent security products, professional installer and excellent after sales services.
