Visiting the showroom was a waste of time. The showroom has maybe 25% (if that) of the doors in their catalogue on display. We visited to view 3 different internal doors we were interested in. None were on display. Bunnings probably has a better range of Hume doors and even that's not much.

Very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a door with unique measurements which was delivered as specified and ready to paint. Unfortunately, the door has warped 1.5cm down the edge where the locks goes in and out, making it very hard to close during the warmer months. This is the solution Hume Doors provided - not our problem. Paint your door a different colour". Seriously?? This is an external door

Very disappointed to say the least, we spent close to $4000 on new external front door and door frame, I had the door properly sealed and painted straight away but the door has warped on one of the veneer panels and now water leaks through the door to the inside of the house. We have the standard 900mm eaves for half the length of the door and the other half is over 2 meters, so the eaves are to Australian standard.I've contacted Hume and have been told my eaves need to be 2 meters or it's not covered by warranty and it's stated in their terms and conditions which I never even got before I purchased the door, who the hell has 2 meter eaves anyway. They said they'll give me a new door but won't pay for re hanging or painting which costed me $600 when I first had it done very poorly delt with and poor customer service. I run a business myself and if I treated my clients the way I've been treated I'd probably wouldn't have any work.
