Louie's Flyscreens

This company have done nothing but service from the moment I met them, after 14months of travelling my screens on my motorhome needed attention and Louie's was so helpful and fixed the issue promptly and without fuss... thank you for good old fashioned service.

Absolutely bloody useless, could not run a bath let alone a business. Had to continually follow up with them for every step of the process. Would give 0 stars if possible and definately do not recommend.

I went to Louie’s flyscreens today, the lady in the front desk helped me out with some frames that I damaged. Also had a few screens done with them. 100% quality.Highly recommend, very friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Louie's for nearly 30 years. They have always provided that good old fashion customer service. Nothing is ever too much to ask of them. I've just had a front security screen door fitted. My existing door frame looked like it was going to cause complications with the install. One phone call is all it took. Ryan came out within hours and fixed the issue, along with another old door that was in need of repair. The amount of extra work and hours spent for no extra charge was certainly well and truly over and above anything any other company would do. I can't praise Louie's enough, they have yet again done an outstanding job. I will sing their praises to everyone !!

I had a wonderful experience with Louie's flyscreens. I had my whole house done and the entire process was seamless and very professional!! Price is also very good. I have used them three times now and I was told that they may be new owners so I was a little worried at first...however I was not disappointed and believe this time they actually did a better job than they had in the past. They also spent quite some time fitting one of my double doors because my tracks were not working properly. This was not their fault yet they went above and beyond to fix the situation and complete the install. The quality of the product itself is excellent, the salesperson and both installers who came out to my home were efficient and very professional and I could not fault any of it!! I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them again in the future.

What a pleasant experience today at Louie's. They managed to replace my fly screen on the spot. Very well priced. Sue at the front desk was lovely to deal with, and was an absolute star. Friendly & fantastic service. Highly recommend!!!

The team at Louies Flyscreen have been great to work with, as there have taken me back in time to the trustworthy service you would have received 15 years ago. The end product looks great, and the door has a soft closing mechanism when it closes. When I had additional question regarding the installation, there was no hesitation in coming back out to run through my queries. Also, the powdercoating was a great match to the door frame. Highly recommend using Louies Flyscreen.

We had a security screen fitted to our front door and three window screens replaced. We were very impressed with the initial service and the quotation process, but unfortunately the product and the installation process was a huge let down. The door is satisfactory, but you definitely get what you pay for - it is inferior to other products on the market.The windows were another story. At first all of the mesh in the windows was baggy and hitting the glass windows, and one frame did not fit. It took 4 visits over 4 weeks to get all three window frames properly installed and in a satisfactory condition. One window was measured, re-made and re-fitted 3 times before it actually fit. Again we feel that the final product is inferior to others on the market.Other than their sub-contractor, Woody, who was very helpful, approachable and friendly, the staff response to the ongoing issues was unsatisfactory. There was no apology or even surprise. We got the sense that this is simply the way that they conduct their business. We had recommended Louie's to 2 families (because of price), both who also had ongoing issues with the products fitted.I would not recommend using this business, unless you really need to save cash, will be satisfied with an inferior product, and are willing to spend weeks on end chasing them to re-make and re-fit faulty products.
